Compliance Review &/or Suspension (Moratorium)
We assist in preparation for the compliance review conducted by the DBHDD Provider Compliance Unit and development of CAP (corrective action plan) if required due to moratorium (suspension). We may develop or refine operating manuals, policies, procedures and forms, conduct a mock survey, provide on-site training, and/or set up a quality improvement system etc.
Accreditation Preparation
Providers billing in excess of $250k or more per year for services rendered are required to be accredited by an approved accreditation body such as (CARF, the Joint Commission, CQL, COA or ACHC). As with compliance review, our preparation process may include developing or refining operating manuals, policies, procedures and forms, conducting mock surveys, providing on-site training, and/or setting up a quality improvement system etc.
