Ruby has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for almost 4 decades: designing, developing and managing effective human service delivery programs (state and private) that provide individualized (person-centered) community-based services and supports. Her experience encompasses all levels of support and ranges from direct care to management, including case management (support coordination), residential, day support and supported employment programs.

Ruby is well known and respected in the industry, and serves as lead consultant.  

Marienne is a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.  She is highly experienced in working with Individuals with complex, challenging behaviors.  In fact, Marienne says, "the more challenging the behaviors, the better."

With her advanced knowledge of behavioral supports, Marienne has become a highly sought after BCBA in the past couple of years.     

John's background is IT.  He serves as IT Manager and has been a leader in the industry for many years.  With John's expertise we have been able to help Providers dramatically improve productivity and effiency while lowering operating costs. 

Otherwise known in the office as the networker, John is able to relate to anyone and is one of our greatest assets.

Jamon is a top notch salesman.  He has the gift of persuasion.  He has been instrumental in helping us develop successful marketing strategies for some of our clients who never thought they would be contenders in the business.

Jamon also has a strong passion for working with, teaching and training  Indiviudals with disabilities and can often be found spending time just "hanging out" with them in the community.
